Yerba Santa Sage

How to use:

• Open a few windows and doors to help any smoke and negative energy leave easily.
• Light Sage over a flame proof bowl, or shell until a flame is caught onto stick. While holding your sage over a bowl or shell, wait for a moment to let the flame go out.
• If flames continue to burn, lightly blow on it until the flame goes out.
• With clear set intentions, walk around and through your house waving the sage as you by using a feather or your hand to get the smoke into all areas of your space that you want cleansed.
